1.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any requested changes to appointment times received more than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
1.2 We reserve the right to deem booking changes made within 48 hours prior to the
appointment as a cancellation by you. In this circumstance, the non-refundable consultation fee
of $99 will be charged from the amount held on your payment method under the Booking Terms,
and the balance of the held amount will be released. No further amount will be charged to you in
connection with that appointment.
1.3 You accept that we or the Practitioners with whom you book may be required to reschedule appointments. If we require a booking time to be amended for any reason, you agree to discuss in good faith the rescheduling of any appointment you have made.
1.4 You agree that we and/or the Practitioner with whom you have booked is entitled to cancel or terminate an appointment at any time (including at any time during an appointment) for any or no reason. If you are notified of a termination of an appointment due to circumstances beyond your control (and you have not breached these Website Ts & Cs), then you must immediately comply with our directions and we shall refund any part of the fees actually paid by you (provided you are not in breach of these Website Ts & Cs).
1.5 You accept that if the Practitioner calls you at your scheduled appointment time and you have missed the call for any reason, that there will be no refund for having missed the appointment time and the appointment will be considered complete.
1.6 Where your appointment forms part of a Bundled Package, missed appointments, late cancellations or deemed cancellations do not suspend or alter Subscription Payments, and may be treated as a consumed service in accordance with the Bundled Package Terms.
